These Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothies make the ultimate breakfast to-go. Not only is it healthy, but it’s delicious, filling and ready in less than 5 minutes! Your mornings just got a little bit easier.
Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothies
YOU GUYS. I have to share this post with you before anything else (like those chicken wings I keep promising) because I love it so much. I have a new breakfast obsession. I know, I know. I say that every time I make something new for breakfast. Every. Time. It’s a problem. What’s not a problem? Sucking down one of these awesome strawberry banana oatmeal smoothies every morning.
They are bangarang. I LOVE them.
And these oatmeal smoothies are so easy to make it’s not even funny. They’re perfect for those busy mornings where you need something quick to-go and don’t have time to sit and eat something.
Like, not even 5 minutes. I know most of you have many-a-morning like that.
I’ve got plenty of mornings like that and I’m home. Ha! I’ll take my strawberry banana smoothie – to go.
To go do the dishes, feed my kids, change some diapers, and clean up x1000. You get it.
So while I’m not physically going somewhere every morning, I’m still very much on the go.
That’s where these super fantastic strawberry banana oatmeal smoothies come in. They take a few minutes to make – pour it, drink it, breakfast is done and done.
The oatmeal is hearty and filling and makes these smoothies nice and thick. Surprisingly thick. It’s almost like I’m drinking a shake (but not as sweet).
They’re wicked satisfying. Bonus – it keeps me full until lunch. AAANNDD they’re healthy too.
Oatmeal, strawberries, bananas and coconut are all great-for-you foods. There’s a little bit of honey and a splash of vanilla extract for sweetness and flavor but no dairy and no refined sugars. Don’t you just love that?!
So do yourself a favor and make one of these bad boys tomorrow morning. Or any morning but especially the morning you hit the snooze button one time too many, ahem…Adam.

I tried this recipe for my breakfatst and it’s very delicious. It’s sure a very healthy breakfast. Thanks for sharing, Sharon.
So glad you enjoyed it as much as I do!
Any idea what would happen if I added a handful of spinach to this smoothie?
It wouldn’t affect the taste too much (maybe add a touch more honey). The color might not be super appealing though.
It looks so wonderful. Oatmeal is a perfect powder. I have been using it for over 2 years. I love having it for my breakfast. I will try this recipe
Oh man. This looks fantastic! I JUST discovered that you can put oats in smoothies like 2 months ago. How that was missed by me for so long I’ll never know! GREAT post!
This looks so deliciously creamy!
Breakfast in a glass – I love it! I’ve made a similar one without the banana – that probably takes it to the next level!
Oh. Wow! How many times I day do you think I could drink one of these lovelies? Love this recipe!
That’s the best when you create a recipe that you immediately fall in love with! I have a chia seed pudding recipe I’ve been eating every single day for almost a year. No kidding. We adore smoothies (and are always on the go in the morning with 2 littles)- will add this to our list!
I recently started using chia seeds, love them! I add them to this smoothie sometimes 🙂
Sharon

I think I’d jump out of bed in anticipation of one of these. I love all the goodness in there, and adding oats to smoothies is my favorite – filling and healthy!
