Caramel Macchiato Float

Coffee. Where do I even begin with coffee. You guys, coffee is my jam. I’ve pretty much declared my love of coffee in every single about me blurb I have. It’s just my thing. And by thing, I need it, want it, gotta have it. ♥

I pretty much drink my coffee one way – iced. Year round. I’m not even kidding. It will be 0 degrees outside in January and I will still have my iced coffee in hand. I’m not a huge fan of hot drinks in general. If I do get a hot drink (namely some special holiday drinks that I luv) I wait until they’re room temp to drink. I know, weird but here I am – one weird coffee loving kind of girl.

Normally, Adam and I keep and entire pitcher in our refrigerator of cold brewed coffee (it holds 24 cups of coffee…ha!) but Folgers Iced Café Coffee Drink Concentrates are a great alternative to having iced coffee any time you want. All you need is a glass of ice, 8 oz. milk of your choice and two little squeezes of Folgers Iced Café concentrate and voila – iced coffee in a snap!

You guys, I even had the brilliant idea to bring these concentrates to the beach! Just bring your milk in an empty water bottle in your cooler and throw the concentrate into your beach bag (it’s a compact and super portable). When you’re ready for your afternoon pick-me-up, add two squeezes of the concentrate into your bottle, shake it up and pour over ice. Seriously, how brilliant is that.

The concentrates come in four flavors: caramel macchiato, original latte, vanilla latte and hazelnut latte and are all made from 100% coffee extract and contain just 5 ingredients. They’re all good but my fav is definitely the caramel macchiato.

I thought it would be fun to turn the concentrates in to an easy summer, after dinner treat – a Caramel Macchiato Float! Now, you don’t have to choose between coffee or dessert because you can have it all-in-one. It’s such a fun treat!
