After taking a break for the summer, the gluten free baking challenge is BACK! I don’t know about you, but I am READY to get in the kitchen and start baking again.

Not that I wasn’t baking this summer… Actually it was the opposite. I baked hundreds (literally hundreds) of quick breads for my gluten free quick bread cookbook (coming 2019!).

Since I’ve baked so many breads lately, I thought it would be totally appropriate to make that the September gluten free baking challenge. I’ve got plenty of quick bread recipes to choose from, gluten free cornbread, gluten free banana bread, gluten free double chocolate zucchini bread, AND MORE.

But I’m ready for fall SO….

The September Gluten Free Baking Challenge Recipe is….

Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread!

Click here to get the Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread recipe.

This is one of my absolute favorite fall breads. It’s a true classic 🧡

And don’t worry, if you’re dairy-free, there IS an easy dairy-free sub included in the recipe. Basically, just use non-dairy milk in place of the regular milk.

This is the best gluten free pumpkin recipe! It's a classic made with raisins (which are optional) and made with full can of pumpkin. This is a fall must-make!
