How to Make The Best Gluten Free Drop Biscuits

– 2 cups All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour – 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum – 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt – 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder – 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, cubed and cold – 1 cup Cold Milk


Step 1.  Sift and mix together the flour, xanthan gum, salt, and baking powder.

2. Use a pastry blender or fork to cut the butter into the flour mixture until the butter is smaller than the size of peas. 3. Stir in the milk until completely incorporated. The mixture will be a bit wet and sticky.
