How to Make Gluten Free Everything Bagel Rolls

Ingredients

Active Dry Yeast  Granulated Sugar  Milk  Gluten Free Flour  Xanthan Gum Baking Powder Fine Sea Salt Honey Egg Avocado Oil  Unsalted Butter Everything Bagel Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8×4 or 9×9 loaf pan with softened butter.

Add the yeast, granulated sugar, and warm milk to the bowl of a stand mixer. Let the yeast bloom for at least 15 minutes. While the yeast is blooming, whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

To the yeast, add the oil, egg, and honey and mix until combined.
