Gluten Free Tomato Bruschetta

This Gluten Free Tomato Bruschetta is bursting with flavor from fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic and balsamic vinegar. It’s perfect for piling high on bruschetta, crackers or even straight from the bowl with a spoon!

Gluten Free Tomato Bruschetta is one of my all time favorite appetizers – it’s right up there with my cheesy artichoke dip, Crack Dip and Seven Layer Taco Dip.

It’s perfect with fresh summer tomatoes and basil. Since I have yet to master the gluten free baguette or found an amazing bread alternative, Partners Free for All Gluten Free Crackers are a great stand in for the typical crostini you’d serve with bruschetta.

Gluten Free Tomato Bruschetta Story

1

Add the olive oil and garlic to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until the garlic is golden, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool while preparing the tomatoes.

2

Quarter the cherry tomatoes or cut them a bit smaller if they’re on the larger size.
