Gluten-Free Chocolate Covered Oreos

Valentine’s Chocolate Covered Oreos are a simple and sweet treat to make for your special Valentine. Use gluten free oreos or other chocolate gluten free cookies.

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I set out to create a festive (and entirely gluten-free) alternative to one of my favorite sweet treats — Valentine’s Day Oreos!

These Gluten-Free Valentine’s Chocolate Covered Oreos are a lot of fun to make with your little ones and can be packaged up for gift-giving to your favorite Valentine this year.

How To Make Gluten Free Chocolate Covered Oreos

Ingredients

– 1 package gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies (about 40 cookies) – 1 package (1 lb, 8 ounces) White Chocolate Almond Bark (vanilla or chocolate) – Sprinkles, optional – Gel Food Coloring, optional

Heat the chocolate almond bark according to the package directions. Most melting wafers require you to melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally.

Dip the gluten-free chocolate sandwich cookies one at a time into the melted chocolate. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
