How to Make Easy Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls  

Ingredients

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/2 cup light brown sugar – 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon – 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast  – 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar – 1/2 cup milk heated to 105-110º  – 55 grams white rice flour – 50 grams brown rice flour  – 65 grams Arrowroot – 30 grams tapioca flour  – 16 grams sorghum flour – 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1 large egg – 3 Tablespoons avocado oil

Stir together the melted butter, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until combined then set aside.

Butter an 8-inch cake pan or spray generously with non-stick spray and set aside.
