Make the gluten free choux pastry recipe for cream puff shells. Cool the shells completely.



Make the cream puff filling recipe, which is my recipe for homemade whipped cream.

Cut the top 1/3 of the choux pastry shells off. Use a piping bag fitted with a round tip to fill the shells with whipped cream.
