How to Make Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread


Gluten-free flour blend  Xanthan gum  Baking powder & soda Fine sea salt Ground cinnamon Ground nutmeg Granulated and brown sugar Ground cloves Raisins Avocado oil (or canola oil) Eggs Milk (or unsweetened coconut milk) Pumpkin purée Pure vanilla extract

Whisk together the flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir in the raisins.



In a medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to completely combine.
