- 1 4.5 oz package of baby kale
- 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine kale and olive oil in a large bowl, mixing to get olive oil onto both sides of every piece of kale. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 min. and enjoy!
Do not bake longer than the 10 minutes as the kale will burn easily. It will continue to crisp up when you take it out of the oven.
