Easy gluten free Brown Sugar Cookies are soft, chewy, and delicious. They’re rolled in sugar for a little crunch and sparkle. Simple to make with very few ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 box King Arthur Gluten Free Cookie Mix
  • 1 stick unsalted butter 8 Tablespoons
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • Prepare the cookie dough according to the package directions. Cover the prepared dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Once the dough has chilled, preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F) and line 2 half sheet pans with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • Use a large cookie scoop to portion the cookie dough into 12 balls. Roll each portion of dough into a ball and then roll in granulated sugar.
  • Bake 6 cookies per sheet on the center and lower racks for 12 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through.
  • Cool the cookies on the pan for 10 minutes before removing and cooling on a wire rack.
