- 2 C cooked chicken diced and shredded
- 1/4 C celery finely diced
- 1/4 C cherry Craisins
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- lettuce for serving (optional)
Combine chicken, celery, craisins, garlic powder, onion powder and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
Chill before serving or you can eat it immediately.
Serve on rolls of your choice. We use Udi's hamburger rolls.
