Cherry Craisins lend the perfect amount of sweet and tart to an otherwise traditional savory chicken salad. It makes a delicious sandwich, lettuce wrap or salad topping any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 C cooked chicken diced and shredded
  • 1/4 C celery finely diced
  • 1/4 C cherry Craisins
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • lettuce for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, celery, craisins, garlic powder, onion powder and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Chill before serving or you can eat it immediately.

Notes

Serve on rolls of your choice. We use Udi's hamburger rolls.
