Instructions

  • When the brownies have cooled, prepare half a batch of peanut butter frosting. Top the brownies with the frosting and smooth evenly over the brownies.
  • To cut clean slices, refrigerate the brownies for 30 minutes before cutting or freeze them for 15 minutes. Cut into 9-16 squares and serve at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can double the brownies and bake them in a 9x13 inch pan and increase the baking time to 30 minutes. Then make a full batch of the peanut butter frosting for a thick layer of frosting.
