- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp fine sea salt
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules or crushed up cubes*
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Combine all spices in a bowl and mix well.
Use 3 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of meat/veggies.
Amounts to 3 store-bought spice packets. Store in an airtight container.
