Ingredients

  • 1/2 C certified gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 C coconut milk I used So Delicious
  • 1/2 C frozen strawberries about 5-6 whole
  • 1 frozen banana sliced before frozen
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey to taste optional
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add oatmeal to blender and blend until it becomes a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

When following a gluten-free diet, be sure to use gluten-free ingredients.
