Piña Colada Smoothies are a delicious drink that will leave you longing for a trip to the beach. They're paleo, dairy free, and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple no sugar added
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • fresh pineapple for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Add the coconut milk, vanilla, frozen pineapple, and honey to a blender canister. Blend until completely smooth. Add a bit more coconut milk as necessary for blending.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh pineapple. Serve immediately.
