Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon Pure Olive Oil; 1 pound Lean Ground Beef; 1 medium Onion, (chopped); 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic; 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt, (divided); 1 teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper, (divided); 1 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes; 1 6 oz. can Tomato Paste; 1 15 oz. can Red Kidney Beans, (drained and rinsed); 1 4 oz. can Green Chiles; 1/2 cup Gluten Free Beef Stock; 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar, (see notes); 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder; 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin; 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder; 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder; 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, (or more to taste)
