Pineapple Moscow Mule Recipe

For real though, you know I love my Moscow Mules. In the past, I’ve shared some Cranberry Orange Moscow Mules, which are perfect for Christmas! And last summer, I shared my Blackberry Moscow Mules. Both have been pretty popular, probably because they’re so good!

For this Pineapple Moscow Mule, I used a new to me Ginger Beer – it’s from Bundaberg Brewed Drinks. Bundaberg has been a family owned business, brewing non-alcoholic drinks for generation after generation in Austrailia. Their quality brewed drinks are available in the United States.

Bundaberg Ginger Beer is made from a family recipe with ginger grown right on their own ginger farm and it’s brewed over 3 days. The brewing process is what sets their ginger beer apart from all the rest. YOU GUYS – my husband is not a fan of ginger and usually isn’t a fan of Moscow Mules because of the strong ginger taste.

When I made one of these for him, he said “These are pretty good, did you do something different?”. Now THAT is proof in the pudding that this ginger beer is better than the rest and it’s one you really need to try. You can use Bundaberg’s product locator to find them near you.

I’m so excited for you guys to try this Pineapple Moscow Mule – I’m pretty confident you’ll love it. Especially since you all went crazy for my Summer Sangria with Watermelon and Pineapple last year. The pineapple juice + lime juice + ginger beer is such a great flavor combo. It’s so refreshing and definitely a great drink for sipping on this summer. Enjoy!
